Oregon Shakespeare Festival

OSF annually produces eleven plays on three stages during a season that lasts from Mid-February to the end of October. Approximately half of the plays produced each year are by William Shakespeare.
Lithia Park is the largest park in Ashland. It consists of 93 acres of forested canyon-land around Ashland Creek, stretching from the downtown plaza up toward its headwaters near Mount Ashland. The park has two large greens, a band-shell for public musical performances, two duck ponds, a large playground, tennis courts, community buildings and, in winter, an ice skating rink. It also offers picnic areas and miles of hiking trails. The park was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

Ashland's summit elevation of 7,533 feet gives the ski area a vertical drop of 1,150 vertical feet with 200 acres of varied skiing and riding terrain. A Tudor-style mountain lodge provides food service, bar/lounge, ski school, retail and ticket sales. Ski and snowboard rentals are available.
